5. Payments and Taxes

EZSM uses third-party providers, including:

  • Paid Memberships Pro

EZSM does not store full payment card numbers.

Taxes

EZSM collects and remits applicable sales tax only on EZSM-controlled fees, including:

Event Holders (Show Managers) are responsible for:

  • Ensuring pricing includes any required taxes

EZSM acts solely as a payment processing facilitator and does not assume responsibility for tax compliance related to event transactions.

6. How Information Is Shared

With Show Managers and Secretaries

Information submitted for an event is shared with the relevant Event Holder (Show Manager) and authorized staff.

This may include:

  • Entrant and horse details
  • Documents and waivers
  • Entry status
  • Scores and results

Show Managers are responsible for how they use this data.

With Service Providers

We may share data with:

  • Payment processors
  • Membership systems
  • Hosting and cloud providers
  • Email and communication services
  • Tax and compliance tools

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information to:

  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Respond to legal requests
  • Protect users or the platform

We do not use waiver-related data for marketing purposes.
