Understanding Your Payout Breakdown

Each show includes a detailed financial summary on your Show Card so you can clearly see how your payout is calculated.

Where to Find It

  1. Go to your Show Manager Dashboard
  2. Locate your show’s Show Card
  3. Review the financial table

What the Entrant Pays

At checkout, the total includes:

  • Entry fees you set
  • Add-ons you create
  • EZ Show Manager Fee
  • Applicable taxes

👉 This is the full total displayed to the entrant

What Each Line Means

Online Fees

  • Total amount collected from online entries
  • Includes:
    • Entry fees
    • Add-ons

Walk-In Fees (Cash)

  • Total collected for day-of entries
  • Entered through the + Walk-In Entry tool

Add/Drop Fees (Cash Adjustments)

  • Cash collected or returned for class changes
  • Reflected in your cash box totals

EZ Show Manager Fees

  • Platform fees charged to exhibitors

👉 Important:

  • Online EZ fees are paid by the entrant
  • Walk-in EZ fees are deducted from payout (since they were not collected online)

Credit Card Fees

  • Processing fees from Stripe
  • Applied to online transactions only

Taxes

  • Collected from the entrant at checkout
  • Handled and remitted by EZ Show Manager

Payout to You

  • Final amount you will receive

👉 Based on:

  • Online payments
  • Cash adjustments
  • Less:
    • EZ Fees
    • Taxes
    • Credit card fees

Status

Shows the current state of your show or payout:

  • Draft
  • Open
  • Closed
  • Pending → Processing → Paid

Cash Box Total

Displayed separately to help you manage physical cash.

👉 This should match:

  • Walk-in fees
  • Add/Drop cash adjustments

Recalculate Button

If anything looks off:

👉 Click Recalculate

  • Updates all totals
  • Ensures everything reflects the latest data

Before You Pay Out

Always verify:

  • Cash in hand matches the Cash Box Total
  • Payout amount looks correct

👉 Once confirmed, you’re ready to Archive & Pay Out

Quick Summary

👉 Entrant Total = Your Fees + Add-ons + EZ Fee + Taxes
👉 Your Payout = Your Fees + Add-ons − EZ Fees − Taxes − CC Fees
