How Live Results Work

EZ Show Manager provides real-time results updates throughout your event.

There is no need to manually publish or refresh results.

Automatic Updates

Results are updated automatically based on actions taken in the Secretary Office.

👉 Updates occur approximately every 30 seconds

This includes:

  • Entry approvals
  • Class order changes
  • Placings as they are entered

What Exhibitors See

On the Results Page, exhibitors can:

  • View class lists and order of go
  • See their entry once approved
  • Follow results as they are posted

👉 No need to wait at the secretary stand for updates

Before the Show

  • Entries appear as they are approved
  • Class lists and order may change as entries are finalized

👉 The page is live, but still being built

During the Show

  • Placings are entered by the secretary
  • Results update automatically

👉 Exhibitors will see results shortly after they are recorded

No Manual Publishing Required

Everything is connected:

  • Secretary updates → Results Page updates
  • No extra steps needed

Results shown during the event are not final until confirmed by the show secretary.
