Approving an Entry

Entries must be reviewed and approved before they appear in the active class lists and on the Results Page.


Where to Find Pending Entries

  1. Go to the Secretary Office
  2. Locate the Pending Entries section

Here you will see all newly submitted entries awaiting review.


What to Review

Click into an entry to view full details:

  • Rider information
  • Horse information
  • Selected classes
  • Add-ons
  • Notes
  • Uploaded documents (Coggins, Rabies if required)
  • Add Entry Number before approving

Approve the Entry

If everything looks correct:

👉 Click Approve

  • The entry will automatically move into the correct classes
  • It will appear in the Active Entries list
  • It will become visible on the Results Page

If Something is Missing or Incorrect

  • You can opt to approve entry with missing documents. You can still view missing requirements by clicking on entry name in active list.
  • The exhibitor may need to update missing information
  • You can wait or follow up as needed

Need to Reject or Refund Instead?

If the entry scratches and is approved for a refund.

👉 Use Request Refund

  • This notifies the Show Manager
  • Refunds are processed from the Manager Dashboard
  • If entry scratches without refund leave them in Active list and use the SC code to indicate scratch.
