Adding or Dropping a Class Entry

How to Add or Drop a Class

  1. Go to the Active Entries section
  2. Locate the entry within the class
  3. Use the + / – buttons to:
    • Add to a class
    • Remove from a class

Automatic Calculations

When adding or dropping a class:

  • The system will calculate:
    • Additional fees to collect
    • Refund amounts (cash adjustments)

👉 You’ll know exactly what to collect or return


Important Notes

  • These are cash adjustments only
  • Online refunds must be handled through the Manager Dashboard
