Before You Create Your First Show

Before creating your first show or clinic, take a moment to confirm your setup is complete.

This helps prevent issues with entries, payments, and your public page.


Quick Checklist

Make sure the following are complete:

✅ Account Setup

  • Your Organization / Farm Name is entered
  • Your Public Page URL is correct
  • Your background color is selected
  • Your logo is uploaded (optional)

✅ Stripe Connection

  • Your Stripe account is connected
  • You have completed Stripe onboarding

👉 Without Stripe, EZSM cannot pay you!


✅ Public Page Review

  • Your public page loads correctly
  • Your branding looks how you expect
  • You understand where:
    • Shows will appear
    • Results will display

✅ Understand Pricing Options

  • You know if you are charging:
    • Per class
    • Flat fee
  • You understand how add-ons work
  • You understand the EZ Show Manager fee

✅ Walk-In Entry Awareness

  • You understand how to handle:
    • Day-of entries
    • Cash-box totals
  • You know EZ fees for walk-ins are deducted from payout

You’re Ready

Once everything above is complete, you’re ready to create your first show or clinic.
