Cloning a Show

One of the most powerful time-saving features in EZ Show Manager is the ability to clone a previous show.

Why Clone a Show?

Let’s be honest — the hardest part of building a show is:

👉 Creating and formatting your class list

If you run similar shows throughout the season, there’s no reason to start from scratch every time.

How to Clone a Show

  1. Go to your Show Manager Dashboard
  2. Click View Active or Archived Shows
  3. Find the show you want to reuse
  4. Click Clone next to the recalculate button

What Gets Copied

When you clone a show, most of your setup is already done:

  • Show structure (Divisions & Classes)
  • Pricing setup
  • Add-ons
  • General show configuration

What You Need to Update

Before saving your new show, be sure to update:

  • Show Name is duplicated you may want to change
  • Start & End Dates
  • Entry Open & Close Dates
  • Review pricing and details to ensure everything is correct

Save and Go

Once updated:

👉 Save your show and you’re ready to go
